RCM FAREAST Design and Build now focuses on Design & Build projects in the Philippines, and Design Collaborator  for offshore companies. We have a design staff of 52 professionals to do local projects and the outsourcing services we have from a variety of engineering companies located in the United States. RCMFD&B provides services in the areas of civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering, environmental planning, conventional surveying (for local area only); perspective rendering, scaled building model and construction management and supervision. With our office located in Davao City, Philippines, its construction department will solely concentrate on the local demands as our business grows.

Most recently there has been a focus on supplying complete hotel designs for clients located in the United States.  These hotels include such names as La Quinta, Holiday Inn Full Sevice & Express, Best Western, Comfort Suites, Cambria Suites, Hampton Inn, and Sleep Inn.  Additionally, other projects have included churches, retail centers, warehouses, restaurants, subdivision development, and offices/clinics.
