RCM FAREAST Design and Build was established through the merger of RMANTEDAV Engineering Services and Rey Mante Fibersteel and Construction, both companies owned by Mr. Rey C. Mante, a registered Civil Engineer and Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines.

Rey Mante Fibersteel and Construction was established in December 1998 concentrating on building construction and manufacturing. RMANTEDAV Engineering Services was a sub-contractor of civil design services of a US based engineering company from year 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, he worked with DMJM International and was assigned as a Civil Engineer in the design and construction of Davao International Airport Development Project, Davao City, Philippines from 1996 to 1999.
